Walk or bike everywhere from this comfortable 3 bedroom house in the middle of Chacras de Coria neighborhood, in Luján de Cuyo wine region. Only a few steps away from Bike rentals, wineries, coffee shops, restaurants, regional breweries and supermarkets. The house has a beautiful garden and barbecue area, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and parking for 2 vehicles. My wife, Jorgelina, and I live in the same neighborhood and we personally take care of cleaning and maintenance, so as to receive our guests in the best possible way. Its location is outstanding; only one block from Mitre St. where you´ll find bars and restaurants, and 5 blocks from Chacra´s main square. Within a 3 or 4 block area, you’ll find everything you need: pharmacies, supermarket, gas station, vegetarian food, bars, restaurants, etc. The House has air conditioning in the main bedroom, satellite TV (DirectTV), Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, barbaque area, etc. Full use of the house and parking. I´m always avaiable to chat if you need some help or advice about wineries, the house, neighborhood or whatever you need. Located in a safe area in Chacras de Coria you will find everything you need really near by. Bus, touristic bus, Bike rental, everything right on the corner. I´m quite flexible about check in and out times, if you need early check in or late check out feel free to ask me and I´ll do my best to accomodate to your needs.
