Centrally located apt in downtown Mendoza, located only a few steps from Peatonal Sarmiento, a pedestrian st with lots of cafes and restaurants, a 100 meters from Av. San Martín, main commercial av in the city. Plaza Independencia, the city main square is only 2 blocks away. The area is really nice and safe to walk around anytime, cafes, restaurants and shops opened until late night. It is luminous, equipped and despite being central it doesn't face the st. so you won't be disturbed by noises. The space is comfortable, it has one bedroom with a queen size bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed where 2 can sleep, equipped kitchen and bathroom. There's a laundry area with washing machine. The building has elevator. Parking included, in closed garage at no extra charge. I don't live in the building, but I am always available for any inconvenience that may arise and advise on tours, tours, restaurants, etc. Located in the middle of the city, so you will find everything you need a few steps away. Buses, taxis, bikes, etc., a few steps from the apartment. Parking included.
