Large and comfortable industrial style apartment in the center of the city of Mendoza. Ideal for families or 2 couples, as it has 2 large beds, plus a sofa bed. Close to restaurants and bars, just a few steps from the main avenues of the city.

Very spacious and modern living room, with satellite TV, wifi and AC. Large kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Two bedrooms, each with a large bed, making it ideal for 2 couples. Bathroom with large bathtub.

Guests can use the entire apartment. The building has an elevator.

I don't live in the building, but both myself and Gerardo are available whenever needed.

Located in the middle of the city, you will find everything you need on foot, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc.

In the area there are all types of public transport, taxis, etc.

The building is old but I am constantly renovating the apartment. We all know each other and are very nice, always willing to help if necessary.
